Executive Business Administrator
Gabriel Horn Capital is seeking an Executive Business Administrator to join our North American private equity advisory team. The core business is private equity fund placement. This is a great career opportunity for an entrepreneurial and self-motivated individual.
The position is focused on working with the Gabriel Horn Capital team to primarily focus on the operations responsibilities in support of the firm’s alternative asset fund marketing mandates (private equity, private credit, and other illiquid alternative asset strategies). This will include working directly with the team and assisting with the day-to-day support necessary to manage our client’s demands as well as the day-to- day of the organization.
Responsibilities will include:
Project management and helping with client/investor interaction
Crafting and editing email campaigns
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the firm’s CRM system
Editing and adjusting client related spreadsheets
Assisting in scheduling and managing Partner’s meetings and calls
Research on potential clients and potential investors
Update the GHC web presence on quarterly basis
Assist in creating and editing the firm’s internal research and marketing materials
Develop bi-weekly activity reports for clients
Drafting bills for existing clients and update spreadsheets
Assist with Human Resource management of team – reports, etc.
Work with bookkeeper to ensure accuracy of financial reports
Special projects and other ad hoc requests that arise periodically
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
CRM (Salesforce) power user
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and research skills required
Strong attention to detail
Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of a financial services organization
Operate in a high pressure, entrepreneurial environment and to show initiative
Ideal candidate has some understanding of alternative investment strategies (i.e., private equity)
Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Compensation: Compensation will be as an independent contractor (hourly rate), potential of bonus. Part-Time of 20-25 hours per week.
Location: The position is primarily remote with occasional time spent in Lyons and Denver.
