We are looking for Experienced Marketing Managers. Experience working in marketing is preferred. We will also consider those with marketing education and ambition to learn. The Marketing manager is responsible for lead generation and brand development. This includes a wide variety of tasks including web presence, content, development, market analyzing, and plan strategies and implementation.
Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for ยท Website maintenance and development. Developing marketing strategies for new services and products. Working in a team with other company resources to accomplish marketing goals. Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints. Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales. Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management. Photo and video shoot planning. Creation of photo, video, catalog, brochures and other marketing material creation, Assisting sales department with content needs. Managing B to B marketing campaigns and rallying sales team to networking events.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to manage website and build SEO ranking. Google Ad experience is a plus. Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting. Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients. Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives. Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.

Pay:
Starting pay range for Marketing Manager: $26 - $45 per hour depending on experience.
