Key Responsibilities:
Clay sculpting skills with an emphasis in hand-building.
Independently produce porcelain components for our light sculptures.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Precision and strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet production goals and deadlines.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs daily.
Utilize our fully equipped studio and tools.
Ability to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
Ability to follow detailed processes
Ability to use computer, email, read/edit documents and basic spreadsheets
Preferred Qualifications:
Production experience
Slip-casting experience
Experience with electric Skutt kilns (loading, unloading, and firing).
Proficiency in glaze making & spraying techniques.
Familiarity with using a pug mill.

Position Details:
Part-time, up to 29 hours per week (with opportunity for more).
Hourly pay: $24/hr to start.
