Bare Design and Repairs is a boutique-style studio specializing in the design, development, and repair of outdoor gear, bags, and leather goods. We are looking for a new team member who is a fast learner, enthusiastic about our craft, and excited about long-term growth. We provide training for the right candidate, and there is unlimited potential for advancement.
Experience with industrial sewing, leather work, or product design is a plus but not required.
Pay starts at $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses. This position begins as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as we determine if you're the right fit for our team.
