We are seeking a Food Manufacturing Production Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Pay: Starting at $18 per hour
Shift Days: Tuesday to Friday
Shift Length: 10 hours
Shift Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production process, following safety protocol and standard
operating procedures.
Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to specifications.
Perform quality checks at various stages of the production process to identify and address any issues promptly.
Assist in packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products for distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to sanitation guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve any production-related issues.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance your sklls and contribute to overall efficiency of the production process.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience working in food production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate ability to operate various equipment related to responsibilities and tasks.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Forklift certification a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, machine instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Must have ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Willing and able to work additional hours/overtime as needed.
