Maintenance Technician
Location: Louisville, CO
Pay: $32-$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Must be available for weekends and occasional holidays
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair equipment (mechanical & electrical systems)
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
Work with 3-phase power systems and motor controls
Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate records
What We Need:
3+ years maintenance experience in industrial/food manufacturing
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with 3-phase electrical systems
Ability to lift 75+ lbs with assistance
Flexibility to work weekends
