Requirements:
Must have soldering torch skills (micro torch and large torch): Jewelry, etc. and like working with copper wire, bending, forming, etc.
Proficient with oxy/acetylene/propane torch, safety procedures.
Metal fabrication, including soldering, filing, cutting, sanding, electro plating.
Proficient with flexshaft tools.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience of torch-based metal work/fabrication.
Light forging.
Lift 50+lbs. regularly.
Stand and work for long periods of time.
Ability to focus and do repetitive tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and receive constructive criticism well.
Knowledge of basic PPE.
Can work in silence or noisy shop environment.
Strong work ethic, maintains a clean work area, punctual, committed.
Be comfortable with switching gears in response to changing demands.
Work well under pressure.
Reliable transportation
Full time (32-40hrs.) or part time (20-30hrs.)
Must be okay with dogs.
Be ablet work solo and in a team environment, with shared tools.
