The Tea Spot is hiring PACKAGING TEAM MEMBERS Location: Louisville, Colorado (Colorado Tech Center)Hours: Full-Time. Rotating AM, PM, Weekdays, and Weekends. 8hr shifts. Temporary positions available for the right candidate. Flexible hours are negotiable with tenure on some shifts.Compensation: $13.50-$15/hour DOEBenefits: Paid Time Off, Health and Dental insurance, EcoPass, 401k, and more! Incorporating a culture of giving as we grow, we donate 10% of all tea sales as in–kind donations to cancer wellness and community programs.The Packaging Team Member’s primary task will involve producing and packaging on our Fuso pyramid tea sachet machines. Off Fuso shifts will be available and may follow tea from raw material delivery through distribution to the customer by means of manual labeling and packaging in Tea Production as well as picking, packing, and shipping orders in Shipping/Receiving. Further responsibilities may include blending, mechanical packaging, inventory, and more. Duties are to be completed while adhering to the highest safety, food safety, QA/QC, and GMP standards in a high-speed production environment.
