Client Services Associate
Supervisor: President and CEO
Location: 3701 Canfield Street, Boulder, CO 80301
Hours: Part Time – 30-35 Hours Weekdays 8:30 – 2:30
Non-Exempt Position
As a Client Services team member, you will share and perform all client service responsibilities and operations for the home-delivered meal program including, but not limited to:
Answer and respond to all phone calls and emails within one business day.
Interface with clients, family members, or social services representatives, identify and address client’s needs.
Communicate with clients and volunteers to resolve any issues involving the Meals on Wheels program.
Enroll clients, including select appropriate route, position on that route, and prepare delivery instructions for drivers.
Manage and supervise the daily operations of meal delivery to clients, including:
o Prepare daily delivery sheets and client meal labels, provide all client information to kitchen staff to ensure proper diets, delivery days, etc.
Determine, restructure, or update new routes and re-write driving directions as required.
Maintain client records.
Send birthday, sympathy, donated seasonal cards, floral donations, and all other non-meal items for distribution to clients.
Assist in the production of the annual client survey.
Assist in the development of any new client services, as necessary.
Other Duties
Manage accounts receivable and maintain files for each client in Senior’s Express.
Produce monthly client billing contribution statements and ensure they are mailed the last business day of each month.
Produce accounts receivable records and monthly reports for review by the President and CPA.
Follow-up with clients on any accounts receivable which have gone beyond 60 days past due.
Help educate clients and potential clients about Project Homecoming and other services of Meals on Wheels of Boulder.
Attend Staff meetings and participate with staff when needed, including
helping to build new alliances withing the community.

Own a car, carry adequate insurance, and possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
