ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION - BOULDER COUNTY REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
$ 17.00 per hour
This position requires an energetic self-starter who is detail oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and team members both on the phone and in person are very important.
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Updating, modifying, and creating Excel spreadsheets
- Analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and proposing solutions
- Tracking detailed tasks, work assignments, and documentation flow
- Property inspection and reporting
- Must be able to work directly with customers to solve problems
Required skills:
- Must be VERY SKILLED with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to troubleshoot minor modem, computer, and printer/scanner/copier issues
