Landscape company seeking an Operations and Customer Service Manager. Duties include:

Customer lead development. Identify target customers and communicate effectively to build long term relationships that support profitable business growth.

Qualify customers. Manage customer communication to qualify leads and identify services and projects that customers are interested in.

Relationship management. Maintain active communication with existing customers to identify additional service opportunities, business concerns and quality issues to support additional business growth.

Service Plans. Develop, present and monitor residential and commercial service plans for grounds maintenance, snow removal and cleaning customers, ensuring that services are appropriately completed and invoiced. In general service plans are for a calendar year and will be reviewed and refined in each successive year to support company profitability and customer expectations. Support landscape division with project estimates as needed, refining overall business processes.

Customer Service. Handling phone and e-mail communication with customers to address service questions and issues, scheduling requirements utilizing Qxpress software and other pertinent information.

Scheduling. Oversee consolidated scheduling function utilizing Qxpress software package to optimize company resources and coordinate services. Scheduling function includes closing out work orders so that work is ready for billing at regular intervals.

Invoicing. Oversee monthly and project invoicing process to ensure that all work performed by company is correctly invoiced.

Accounts Receivable. Monitor accounts receivable activity ensuring that Panorama is paid in a timely fashion, suspending service if needed if an account is more than 60 days in arrears.

Service Division Support: Provide administrative and marketing support to each service division to achieve overall company objectives as needed.

Must Have:

QuickBooks experience

Construction experience

Customer Service

Impeccable organizational skills

Salary determined on experience ($40-$45K annually)
