Project Coordinator

Boulder-based, highly successful home builder is currently accepting applications for a purchasing and selection coordinator to join the team. Applicable experience is required. Immediate need for a creative and detail oriented self-starter who can operate within a variety of purchasing and customer service phases.

Competencies

Exemplary analytical and communication skills, with a high-level working knowledge of the materials and methods of new home construction

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in the MS Office suite of software

Superb organizational skills

Responsibilities and Core Requisites

Prepare preliminary and final budgets for single family home construction projects

Assist the sales team in the processing of customers’ selection and upgrade requests

Communicate with trade partners, vendors and trade contractors on bids, change orders and specifications

Display a client-oriented approach and a creative, positive outlook

Prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

Work effectively without close supervision

Take accountability and ownership of projects from start to finish

Compensation

Dependent on experience (starting at $80,000)
