Hi, I'm looking for someone to herd cats (well, actually just one, me!), that loves turning chaos into order, enjoys supporting and offloading who they work for so they can do what they are meant to do, and are always looking to make work fun.

I work at home, primarily as a keynote speaker, published author; From the Garage to Mars: Memoir of a Space Entrepreneur, and space entrepreneurship mentor/coach consultant (you can see the things I'm involved with and a sense of who I am herewww.scotttibbitts.com and www.level6.space).

As well as playing keys and singing in the classic rock garage band "Too Much Fun"

I am fortunate to get to do space-related work. Butthe business is taking off, and I need a personal assistant/executive assistant/business manager, to off-load tasks for me, such as supporting marketing, booking gigs, travel, scheduling, website support, social media support and finances for the company, while at the same time, helping with personal tasks such as tracking spending personally and for the business, finances, getting bills paid.

It's a pretty broad set of tasks, and will need someone with broad interests and skills The areas I need help in are listed belowwe would start taking on a few of the more important tasks, and build from there.

I need someone for which it's convenient to be here at my office/home in NE Boulder occasionally, with most of the work being on-line.

The "kitchen sink" list of what I'm looking for

Top priority:

-Executive assistant for me supporting the businesses I consult for, billing, time tracking, supporting tasks that I can hand off.

-Marketing: Finding and engaging with speaking bureaus, event organizers, conference speaker engagement professionals to develop keynote speaking opportunities.

-Support of finances, bills paid, spending tracked, finances managed for both business and personal

-Support of scheduling, booking travel, invoicing.

-Reviewing credit card charges, bank charges. Tracking spending, looking for unusual charges, helping with budgeting.

-Identifying tasks that can be offloaded and taking them on.

-House organization, de-cluttering, listing and selling items online or giving to Goodwill.

Extra credit tasks:

-Help with computer organization, decluttering, organizing, removing unnecessary content.

-Help with spreadsheets, powerpoint,

-Support with two websites, organizing/creating content, updating

-Online research for my businesses
