Looking for an experienced, trustworthy professional assistant to help manage areas of detail and organization a busy executive.
I need a very part time (5-7 hours/week) partner to help me with a variety of work related tasks – regularly organizing/answering email, quickly managing calendar/meeting organization, efficiently submitting expenses, and occasional filing/mailing.
Experience in working within Outlook needed.
Applicants must also have exceptional references and bring a positive, highly efficient (ie work fast!), and flexible approach to work (communicating via text during the day/week, thinking outside the box to solve organizing problems).
Work can be completed remotely with occasional in-person (at a distance) meetings possible as well.
