Hello Skincare Enthusiasts!
We're currently looking for the most professional, friendly and highly talented Front Desk Receptionist for our lovely, modest Day Spa in Boulder. This person will dually provide excellent services to guests who come in to our spa (seelistof services provided below) as well as provide guidance and assistance with retail products, and fulfill all responsibilities of the Receptionist when working that position. We are looking for someone who embodies an awareness of the importance of intention in their work on a daily basis. This is a full time position.

Spa Services offered include: Facials, Peels, Microdermabrasion, IPL's, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Eyelash Extensions, Tinting, Waxing, Teeth Whitening and others
You are highly talented and skilled in customer service, communication and organization!
You are familiar with a Mac and Quickbooks!
You can multi-task anything, learn our scheduling software quickly, be a self-motivated worker ready to go above and beyond, dress professionally, take instruction well, and embody the team player we would like for you to be!
We are ALL team players and we LOVE it.
You are quite knowledgable in services and products we offer and sell, helping clients meet their needs in person or via phone.
You facilitate the greeting and care of clients before and after their service, directing them to fill out proper forms, accurately input client data, report any changes in schedule to estheticians, ready a treatment room for an esthetician, help with anything that is needed of you, scheduling and re-booking clients post treatment, properly answer any questions clients may have.
You will handle all transactions, reconcile at the end of day, and be responsible for the leaving the Spa ready for the next day's clients.
$19/ hr plus a 10% commission on all retail products you sell!
