Smiley and Associates, a small residential rental management company established in 2004, is seeking part time help. Hours per week between now and March won't be many, as few as two or three hours a week. Starting in March I will have more hours for someone to process applications (which you can do from home), do showings and etc. Other tasks will involve working from home, or on site at properties helping with move outs and move ins. For the right person I would add more responsibilities such as fielding maintenance requests and doing date entry for the bookkeeping aspects of this work.
Ideal candidate will be someone intelligent, kind and experienced with some amount of office-related work.
This position has the potential to grow into a bigger thing in time, for the right person. Meaning I am ready to take more vacations and bring on a partner.
This month and January I need someone to help me with marketing ideas.
