Posting craigslist ads for vacant units
Tenant relations
Rent collecting
Lease enforcements
Posting late rent notices
Advertise and show units
Application process for new tenants
Arrangements for contractors/workers i.e. collecting bids for various jobs.
Maintain Cleanliness and quietness around the buildings.
Updating and maintaining Rent roll, expenses and rents received spread sheets
Bank Deposits

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
