Store Assistant Manager
What You’ll Do:
As the Assistant Manager at Juniper Paints in Louisville, you’ll lead daily operations and drive our culture of exceptional customer service. You will:
Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer engagement.
Inspire and develop a dedicated team of sales employees.
Foster a friendly, supportive atmosphere while pushing for sales growth and profitability.
Maintain the store’s condition and ensure a fun, energetic environment for both staff and customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to lift heavy paint products (up to 75 lbs) and handle physically demanding tasks.
A friendly and relaxed demeanor that builds rapport with customers.
Experience in retail or sales, with a focus on team leadership and growth strategies.
