We are hiring an experienced bike technician with a background in bicycle retail to lead our service team.
We are a small independent eBike shop emphasizing personalized customer service and outstanding technical expertise. We put the customer and the employee experience front and central. Work here with a chance to grow with us.
The ideal candidate has worked in a bike shop and is familiar with bike shop procedures. He/she does not need a background in eBikes, though that is welcome.
Job requirements:Responsible for diagnosing and servicing eBikes, service writing, warranty processing, following service department safety protocol and procedures, and for communicating clearly and professionally with customers and team. Responsible for closing/opening duties. Weekend work required.
Ability to lift 80 lbs.
Ability to stand for long hours.
Valid Driver's License.
