Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote our community solar program to homeowners. As a sales representative, you’ll engage potential customers at their homes, explain the benefits of community solar, and help them sign up for the program through Solar Energy Solutions.

This role offers flexibility, great earning potential, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy in your community.

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in your assigned territory, explaining the benefits of community solar.

Answer questions and address any concerns potential customers may have.

Assist customers through the sign-up process via our website and partner platforms.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Maintain records of interactions and leads using provided tools.

What We Offer

$20/hour draw against commission: You’ll earn a base hourly rate that acts as an advance on your commissions.

Competitive commission structure: Significant earning potential, with top performers earning between $72,000 and $100,000 annually.

Ideal Candidate

Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required).

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive personality.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners face-to-face.

Passionate about renewable energy and community solar programs.

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
