At The Dragontree Sanctuary, our ultimate intention is to seed our community with centered, peaceful, and healthy individuals. We strive to create a welcoming space that facilitates healing for our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced therapist to join our Boulder Broadway location.
As a member of our talented Dragontree team, you will have the opportunity to meet clients at various stages of their healing journeys. This role allows you to provide pain relief, relaxation, and care, making a meaningful impact on their well-being.
What We're Looking For:
We’re searching for therapists with exceptional therapeutic skills and the ability to:
Consult with Clients: Understand their needs and design tailored therapeutic massage sessions ranging from 30 to 90 minutes.
Recommend Care: Suggest professional services and quality retail products to enhance clients' wellness.
Maintain Standards: Uphold the spa’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
Be Part of an Incredible Team Culture: Bring a positive attitude and stamina to our dynamic team environment.
Schedule Requirements:
We are looking for a therapist for Friday evening shifts (2:00-9:00), typically very full shifts, plus fill in/coverage for 4 shifts a month to start. More shifts can be picked up as they become available over time.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
You must be available to work Friday afternoon/evening and have availability to pick up coverage where needed. Preference for candidates with scheduling flexibility.
Licensing: Current Colorado massage license and professional liability insurance.
Experience: At least two years of experience desired, with proficiency in techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Facilitated Stretching. Previous spa experience is preferred.
Professionalism: Consistently friendly, positive, and professional with clients and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to easily adapt to the demands and pace of the spa environment.
Client Development: Desire and willingness to build a repeat client base through referrals, treatment plans, and promotional materials.
Punctuality: Timely and aware of session schedules.

Compensation:
Starting at 34% of services plus tips.
Salary: $300.00 - $800.00 per week.
Supplemental pay types include bonus pay and tips.
