We are a rapidly growing automotive repair shop in Boulder and we are looking to add members to our team. We are currently looking for an A or B level technician. MUST HAVES INCLUDE
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use a fully electronic shop management system

- 2 or more years experience
- Valid and clean Colorado Drivers License
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models including European vehicles - everything from oil changes to electrical diagnosis and everything in between
- Honest, ethical, hardworking, and stable work history
- Own tools to complement level of experience - we supply specialty and diagnostic/shop tools
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
- No waiter repairs, EVER. All of our customers are required to drop off their vehicle and leave it for a period of time. Usually this is a day or more. This enables us to have a low stress work environment, and it increases our level of quality. It also encourages our customers to plan ahead and be ready for unexpected delays if we need to wait for parts or the vehicle requires additional work. This isn't a quick lube.
- Clean, organized, healthy work environment. The shop floor is cleaned daily and all areas of the shop are maintained to be oil and dirt free. Gloves are provided, as well as PPE and an excellent ventilation system. The result of this is we all go home a little cleaner and a little healthier at the end of the day. Additionally most of our shop area can be viewed when our customers drop off their vehicles and they respect us for our attention to detail.
- Emphasis on integrity and transparency in our customer interactions. We approach every customer interaction from a long term perspective. We show our customers the whole picture and give advice on timeliness and priority of repairs. If their vehicle doesn't make the cut, we also give advice on purchase of a new or used vehicle. Our customers are appreciative of the service we provide, and in return they tend to be understanding, flexible, and easy to deal with. This means less rushing to get things done, no cobbling together of repairs, and forget about the frustration and variability of working on obsolete models.
- Shop hours posted from 8AM-6PM Mon-Thur. We don't work weekends here, and during the week we offer flexibility to accommodate your needs. We all have lives, and they come first!
- Experienced staff who individually specialize in different areas of automotive repair and bring a large amount of experience to the table in terms of diagnostics and scheduled maintenance advising. If you aren't familiar with a model, these guys will have your back, and you will grow as a technician during your employment here. It's important to note that no one is afraid to ask questions here and a learning culture is strongly encouraged.
