Pay is flat rate plus production bonuses on top of that, so you get to choose your paycheck.
Candidate will:
Be comfortable in diagnosis and repair of late model domestic and asian vehicles, and not afraid of european vehicles.
Be comfortable working in and being successful in a flat rate high production environment.
Not be a jerk. We don't hire jerks. We did that once, and it sucked. So no jerks.
