Position Overview:
As a Cabinet and Closet Installer, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets and closets in residential properties, ensuring precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday work week and the opportunity for overtime hours. We offer competitive hourly pay rates ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and additional perks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation:
- Install custom cabinets and closets according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications provided.
- Ensure accurate measurements and proper alignment during installation to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to complete installations efficiently and safely.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Inspect completed installations for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
- Make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal fit and functionality, addressing any issues promptly.
3. Customer Interaction:
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients throughout the installation process.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by clients, providing knowledgeable and helpful assistance.
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards during installation activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cabinet and/or closet installation is required.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and installation instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
