We are looking for a 1099 Subcontractor Carpenter with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and a team player.

Required knowledge and skills include:
- Keen attention to detail and quality
- Capable of reading Construction Drawings to review applicable scopes of work required to complete task
- Frame to finish carpentry skills including minor knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Must have reliable truck and tools
- Basic computer skills and ability to input information into our project management software including bids (if required) and confirming scheduling requests.
Jobs are mainly in the North Denver metro, Boulder areas to Fort Collins. Preferably looking for a carpenter that lives or is moving to the Mid to Northern Front Range
