Carpenter:
-should be able to perform all carpentry-related phases of bathroom, kitchen, basement, addition, siding, decks, misc. handyman punch lists and general remodeling work sometimes working alone and sometimes with others.
-should be a skilled craftsperson who does high quality work
-should have tools and transportation.
-know how to demo, perform framing and leveling, installation of temp walls and structural headers, subfloor and sheathing installation, window and door installation, trim work and scribing, light drywall and Cement board installation, high quality cabinet installation, some waterproof membrane application, deck building and handrail installation,
