High Performance Earthworks seeks full-time construction laborers and heavy equipment operators to join our team. Our excavation services offered expand across the Front Range region. Excavation Laborers:
We seek to employ motivated individuals who are reliable and team-oriented. Employees are expected to have good communication skills, show up on time and be ready and willing to work. Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, raking, shoveling and climbing can be expected daily. Laborers must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds. Potential employees should have basic knowledge of excavation standards and safety, general common sense and be comfortable working full days outside in a construction environment in most weather conditions. Compensation starts at $19 per hour and increases with experience.
Heavy Equipment Operators:
We seek to employ motivated heavy equipment operators who are reliable and team-oriented. A minimum 3-years of experience with heavy machinery is required. Operators are expected to have good communication skills, follow directions, show up on time and be ready and willing to work. All operators must be responsible for using an excavator and front loader. Skills required, but not limited to, include digging trenches, backfilling, leveling earth to grade, loading and unloading materials. Potential employees must have knowledge of excavation standards & safety, general common sense and be comfortable working in a construction environment. Operators should have a clean and valid driver’s license. Compensation starts at $23 per hour and increases with experience.
