Looking to hire 2 part-time or full-time Gardeners to join our team!
The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience in gardening
Has knowledge of common weeds and plants
Enjoys working outdoors all day and is physically able to do so
Has their own transportation which is available all day for traveling to worksites
Is hardworking, good humored, and enthusiastic about learning
Is able to work independently and as part of a team
Loves having their hands in the dirt, bluebird summer days, and the satisfying tiredness that comes with physical work
We are a crew of Garden Professionals who maintain some of the most beautiful properties in Boulder!
Our work requires patience and attention to detail. Experience is preferred, but this could be an opportunity for the right person to learn a new trade. Flexible schedule during work hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm). Pay scale begins at $16.25/hour with increased pay relative to experience. The work season begins as early as March and usually continues until November.
