I'm looking for more skilled craftspeople to join my team. (If you ever show up hung over, still drunk or high, don't bother wasting my time.) I focus on high-quality residential renovations and I don't mind taking the time to find the right next person to join the team.
Ideally, you would have a wide background of skills, but the most important thing is that you have an attitude of "I'm here to listen, I'm here to learn and I'm focused on getting better at my craft."
