Urgent need for a reliable, licensed HVAC sub on Monday, March 17th to add a vent and air return in this basement office we're completing.
It's a simple job. Need a 5 or 6" vent and return. It's less than 15' from the main trunk. Completely open and ready.
Need to speak English. If it works, out we can use regularly.
