As an Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for working independently and with apprentice electricians with various remodel / retrofit projects, service work / trouble shooting, new construction, and tenant finish in residential, commercial, and light industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist other electricians with electrical installations, lighting projects, repairs, and maintenance projects
- Install and maintain electrical systems
- Maintain a thorough understanding of electrical codes and regulations
- Participate in on-the-job training and safety programs
- Contribute to the success of projects through collaboration, dedication and teamwork
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Keep accurate records (work performed, materials used, hours worked)
- Use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Keep a well stocked work truck for everyday jobs
Key Requirements and skills:
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured to drive a company truck
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Commitment to safety and growth in the field
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in cramped or confined spaces
- Reliable Transportation to shop
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour - $42.00 per hour DOE
Expected hours: 40 per week M-F 7:30-4

Experience:
Electrical experience: 4 years (Required)
License/Certification: JW, RW, or ability to obtain withing a year.
You will need a clean criminal background and be able to be insured to drive the company vehicle.
Ability to Commute:
Meet in North Boulder each morning.
