Custom Solar based in Boulder, CO is currently seeking installers starting immediately to help with solar installations (roof & ground mounted systems). Project locations in both Denver and Boulder. Starting hourly wage at $20/hr without experience. Lead installers with experience at higher starting range.

Job Requirements:
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day
- Assembling and installing racking systems, installation of solar panels, wire management, laying pipe, and more
- Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Must follow safety procedures
- Must be able to use power tools
- Installing roof top systems as well ground mounted PV systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable
- Technical Solar/Construction training also a plus
