Experience with remodeling, apartment and residential maintenance required.
Including; General handyman skills, painting, drywall, tiling, trim, installing windows and doors, basic electrical, basic plumbing, troubleshooting, LVP install, cabinet installation, counter top installation, framing, and more.
Pay based on experience and skills, with rapid advancement and possibility of full time role.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour to start
Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
