What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to expert for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a small, high-quality portfolio
Proactively identify and solve issues before they become problems
Coordinate with vendors, supervise repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance is always on point
Work closely with property management and tenants to deliver an excellent experience every day
Support sustainability and performance goals with your expertise and creativity
Who You Are:
Experienced in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS)—you know the ropes and the regulations
Skilled with tools and tech—able to troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and optimize
Reliable, resourceful, and organized with strong communication skills
Licensed/certified (preferred), or demonstrably capable and eager to learn more
Able to work flexible hours, including some on-call or emergency needs
