Emerald Management, a locally owned property management company based in North Boulder, is seeking an experienced and reliable team member to join our maintenance team.
Responsibilities include:
Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance of MEP systems across our portfolio.
Perform spot roofing repairs.
Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and light cleaning during tenant turnovers.
Handle drywall and framing tasks.
Logistics & Client Communication:
Manage maintenance requests from tenants and facilitate prompt repairs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills are highly valued.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be physically able to climb ladders, work with power tools, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
A valid driver's license is required.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently. If you meet the above requirements and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.
