We are seeking an entry-level carpenter to join our construction team in Colorado. As an entry-level carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with construction tasks and contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist with measuring and cutting materials to specific dimensions and installing them using hand and power tools.
Assist with tasks such as demo, framing, windows/doors, drywalling, finish work, and other construction tasks.
Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate safety gear to prevent injury.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Clean up job sites and ensure that all materials and equipment are properly stored.
Requirements:
Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
