## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Mechanic to join our shop at Tin shed. Our ideal person would have experience with all type of bikes, skills in Suspension service and wheel building. We are also a Ski shop, so having some experience in skiing is excellent but not required. So long as there is a willingness to learn more about skiing. Nederland is a small mountain town west of Boulder Colorado. We hope to find someone who is interested in living in the area or willing to commute from the Boulder Colorado area Year around
## Responsibilities
- Preform regular Bicycle maintenance
- Be able to quickly diagnose issues and write up work orders
- Prepare and Check rental bikes in and out of the shop
- Customer facing sales and service
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and skill working on all types of Bicycles
- Customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Retail sales experience
- Previous work as a service technician
- Knowledge of Alpine skiing and backcountry travel
