Local Boulder windshield chip repair business is looking to partner with a technician for mobile windshield rock chip repairs and headlight restoration around the Boulder/Denver area. Compensation will be commission-based, 60-80% of jobs completed (depending on experience, business responsibilities you are able to take on, and what you can bring to help the business grow and succeed).
What you’ll need:
- Strong entrepreneurship mindset and self-motivation
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable vehicle (this is a mobile business)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check and good driving record
- Time to drive to Boulder for interview and training
What you don’t need:
- Windshield chip repair experience. If you repaired windshields before, that is a plus but not required. If you are good with your hands and willing to learn, you will be able to tackle most repairs after some training (training will to be done in our Boulder location). Previous experience in auto industry - glass repair, tinting, detailing, mechanic - is also a plus but not necessary.
