The Gig

We’re a small, ambitious Boulder-based company doing kitchens, baths, basements, and full-home transformations. We’re looking for one rare individual who doesn’t just want a paycheck but wants a stake in building something that lasts.

Most of our projects are within a 15-mile radius of Boulder. This is a full-time position. Applicants must have their own tools and vehicle to start with, although as the company grows, that expectation may change. Our philosophy is simple: we believe in taking the best care of our employees as well as our clients.

The Non-Negotiables

- 15+ years in residential remodeling. (Yes, that’s a long time. No, we’re not joking. We need someone who’s been around the block, twice.)

- All trades, no fear: Framing, trim, tile, drywall, paint, doors, cabinets - you name it, you can do it.

- Knows the codes: You don’t guess, you know.

- Professional inside and out: You look, talk, and carry yourself in a way that makes clients instantly trust you in their home.

- Lifestyle matters: If your free time revolves around drinking, smoking, or other distractions, this isn’t for you.

- Thick skin, open mind: You can take direction, criticism, and change course without drama. You can also step up with suggestions and feedback when something needs to be said.
