Sika is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join its growing team in Brighton, CO.  The Process Engineer will  development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for all new and existing products in the Brighton Operations. The continuous improvement of quality and productivity to fulfill our customer and market requirements. To achieve high quality standards at lowest cost, utilizing available resources (raw materials, equipment, and personnel). These improvements will be achieved through leadership, innovation, cross functional work, and cooperation with all levels of the organization. Specific Responsibilities: Introduce new raw materials, products, and processes.Improve production, quality, and packaging efficiency through the design of process changes.Implement strategy, processes and activities related to capital budgeting and plan implementation.Recommend equipment improvements by providing specifications and/or requirements and controlling these recommendations through to completion.Reduce production complexity.Determine and improve process capabilities by using statistical techniques to meet or exceed customer needs. Improve production efficiency.Create, update, and implement plant procedures, electronic recipes, work instructions and train employees, as necessary. Develop in-process tests and requirements.Troubleshoot problems and establish root cause analysis to develop the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Leader or key member of project and process teams.May perform other projects or assignments as required.
