In this role, you will manage a group of technical team members in support of Honeywell ACST programs.Are you ready to help us make the future?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Led the development and implementation of design engineering best practices and standardization across multiple worksite locations.
Management and leadership of a design engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance assessments, and succession planning.
Partnering with internal and external customers to understand complex system design requirements and leading the team through delivery.
Perform as subject matter expert of design engineering in program planning through project execution and delivery.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 8+ years of engineering experience.
Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building and leading winning teams.
Experience developing project and resource plans.
Interest in working in a rapid prototyping environment.
Experience scaling a product or process from R&D through manufacturing.
