The Sales Operations Analyst supports the Director of Sales Operations and broader commercial organization in executing sales processes effectively and at scale. This role contributes to forecasting, sales systems, reporting, and operational workflows by maintaining data, building reports, and supporting core planning processes.This role is focused on analytics, execution, and process support. The analyst plays a key role in enabling sales productivity, improving data visibility, and supporting decision-making across Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain. This role provides strong exposure to cross-functional planning processes and serves as a foundational entry point into Sales Operations and commercial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesExecuting recurring sales reporting and dashboard updatesMaintaining CRM data integrity, reporting structures, and pipeline trackingAssisting with territory planning, account data management, and sales process supportSupporting Sales and Sales Operations leadership with data and execution needsMaintaining forecasting files, tools, and reporting outputsConsolidating inputs and validate data for forecasting processesTracking forecast accuracy and perform variance analysis to identify key driversSupporting alignment of data across Sales, Finance, and Merchandising teamsPreparing data, reporting, and inputs for North America S&OP meetingsSupporting coordination of materials and outputs for S&OP reviewsTracking action items, follow-ups, and key decisions from S&OP discussionsProviding reporting and visibility into customer service performance, order flow, and operational metricsAssisting in identifying trends and opportunities to improve service levels and efficiencySupport analysis related to order management and fulfilment performanceSupporting cross-functional initiatives led by Sales Operations leadershipCollaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising to ensure data alignmentAssisting with reporting and analysis for go-to-market execution and sales planningSupporting ad hoc analysis and business questions from Sales and leadershipHelping prepare materials for business reviews and planning cycles
