This position focuses on developing and communicating a clear understanding of the company’s financial performance, strategic vision, and value proposition, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:
Lead development of global IR strategy for communicating the Company business model and growth strategies, including proactive outreach and formal investor events (conferences, road shows and Annual Investor Meeting)
Lead the development of external messaging with key stakeholders and be essential to driving value creation
Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and other investor-facing events to communicate the company’s strategy and financial performance.
Oversee the quarterly earnings process, creating communication materials, drafting earnings releases, call scripts, accompanying presentations, as well as preparing talking points and relevant Q&A for CFO and CEO.
Rigorously and consistently assess the relative positioning of the Company in the marketplace and track global market, industry and comparable company trends. Provide strategic insights and market intelligence gathered to assist senior leadership in understanding relative performance and positioning.
Play a key role in corporate strategy initiatives, evaluating opportunities and risks of prospective organic and inorganic investment alternatives.
Cultivate a high performing team and culture focused on driving value, delivering results, stakeholder influence and leadership development for career progression.
Job Requirements:
15+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles
10+ years in investor relations roles with responsibility for investor community engagement
10+ years experience in people management and professional development, demonstrated ability to build, manage, develop and motivate a team
Extensive knowledge of public market investing ecosystem
Corporate treasury, commercial banking or related experience a plus
