Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the construction sector, based in Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104-1728, United States. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be expected to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate record keeping. This role also involves processing invoices, handling data entry tasks, and managing customer inquiries with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: Carry out accurate and timely processing of invoices. Ensure efficient management of both accounts payable and receivable. Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accuracy. Handle data entry tasks related to account management and billing. Use Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Monitor customer accounts and respond to inquiries effectively. Accounts Payable procedures where necessary. Maintain a high level of detail-orientation in all tasks. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly.Requirements Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role. Proficiency in account reconciliation is mandatory. Applicants must be adept at handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Experience in billing and invoice processing is required. Candidates should possess strong data entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, experience in QuickBooks, Prior experience with Accounts Payable is desirable.
