The Studio Supply team provides client services & order management to several organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Television Distribution, Universal Pictures Group, NBC News, NBC Sports, NBCU Global Networks, USA Network, SyFy, Bravo, Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and local TV stations. As part of the Studio Supply team, Client Operations serves as the liaison various departments in order to fulfill content to all distribution outlets. The Client Ops Coordinator will work closely with the various internal and external digital media groups, the 24/7 support team, the Media Operations Teams, the Advanced Media Products team, and Engineering to ensure the accurate and reliable distribution of content to secondary platforms and third party clients.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support brand/client engagement for day-to-day publication of NBCU content to secondary distribution platforms/clientsHelp maintain operational rigor across the entire digital supply chain from inbound content delivery to NBCU facilities to outbound deliveries to multiplatform partnersActing as a point of escalation for programming changes, content issues, content revisions and special requestsCreating work orders & maintaining scheduling gridsCommunicating with clients and internal teams on package delivery transfers/issues for all distribution platformsQuality control and proofing of associated metadata fields for XML distribution packagesScheduling off-air records for ingest, transcode and distributionManaging metrics, tracking and reconciliation of deliveries to all distribution platformsUnderstanding of various workflows in order to escalate issues to the proper clientsGeneration and maintenance of standard operating procedures and trainings to ensure success of our 24/7 support team. in addition Receive & track orders for and through content delivery, assessing content availability and needsCoordinate onboarding of new licensees, distributors & profilesCoordinate content/language procurement through internal or external parties (Including GMO Localization team)Responsible for inbound media processing from all sources, including distributors and archiveHelp maintain operational rigor across the content workflows of the delivery supply chainProvide regular updates to content requestors (e.g. POM, TVD Rep) at transaction levelAct as a point of escalation for content issues, content revisions and special requestsTrack, correct & reconcile referrals and rejectionsTroubleshoot issues, place L1 support tickets, own follow upUnderstand media upload and ingest workflows for proper escalation of issues to supportPlace manual Translator ordersAudit missing list and order dashboard, act on any at risk assetsAdditional duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor(s)This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.  Learn more about the benefits offered by NBCUniversal by visiting the Benefits page of the Careers website.
