What will you do? Welcome clients into the club and perform a needs analysis to bestdetermine how you can assist them Use a consultative sales approach to best serve the clients indetermining the best firearm/accessory for them Explain the features and benefits of the firearms they are interested in Demonstrate expertise in all things guns from firearms to accessoriesand the services that we offer Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction in allaspects of their interaction with the club Completes all necessary paperwork involved with firearm and NFA itemsales and transfers Assist the management team in determining what products to carry as wellmaintenance of inventoryWhat are we looking for? High School Diploma and one year of related experience in a commissionsales environment or customer service role Sales skills, this is first and foremost a sales role Customer service skills, the better the customer service the longerlasting and more rewarding the client relationship will be Detail oriented from small differences in products to the paperwork youare filling out, the details matter Experience with POS systems and firearms is a plus but we will teach theright candidate everything that they need to know and will stand behind themwith a supportive sales and management team All employees must be at least 21 years of age, able to pass abackground check and drug testPay Range: $2,500 - $7,000 monthly (compensation is based onhourly wage + sales commission)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Employee firearm and accessory purchase program Employee discounts Free membership Free Concealed Carry Insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time offSchedule: 6-10 hour shifts Monday to Sunday 4-5 day work week with occasional overtime availabilityStandard Pay: Hourly paySupplemental Pay: Commission pay
