Supplier Quality Manager

The Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for managing the SEAKR Supplier Quality organization which ensures that all external suppliers and contract manufacturers meet SEAKR’s rigorous quality standards. The Manager is also responsible for management, supervision, and mentoring of the Supplier Quality Engineers. This is a full-time exempt position in which the work is performed under limited supervision by the Director, Quality Assurance and is evaluated on results obtained.Key Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the Supplier Quality department.Execute Supplier Quality Assurance activities in accordance with AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.Evaluate supplier non-conformances to identify root cause(s) and corrective/preventive action(s).Lead Supplier approval activities and incoming Material Review Board activities.Analyze supplier quality data and identify areas for improvement across the supply chain.Lead supplier corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.Drive continuous improvement within the supplier base and support Lean initiatives at vendor facilities.Review and evaluate Supplier Quality personnel performance.Establish department goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on company priorities and needs.Supervise, train, and develop Supplier Quality Engineers and Auditors.Other duties as assigned.
