Clinical Specialist

Clinical ConsultantPositively impact patient care by enabling customers to design and deploy industry leading solutions in the medical device integration, patient monitoring, and clinical surveillances spaces.Your role:

Work alongside an internal Project Manager and Technical Consultant while supporting multiple customer deployments. Engage with clinical sponsors, which may include, clinical educators, nurse managers, department heads and executives.

Support pre/post deployment data collection to demonstrate effectiveness of clinical solutions. Effectively communicate project status, issues, and delays with internal teams. Guide the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.

Conduct workflow analysis and consult on workflow adaption to ensure successful implementation of new functionality or solutions. Engage customer on detail and nuance of chosen solutions to determine a design that meets technical needs and gives clinical value. Work with technical team members to translate design into customer build.

Through consultation, ensure proper testing of the system and obtain customer clinical stakeholder acceptance. In collaboration with the customer, establish a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.

Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality. Attend seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure. Initiate innovations and advances to improve processes, procedures, documentation, and approaches to maximize position effectiveness.

Position is fully remote with up to 50% travel.

You're the right fit if:

5+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Extensive knowledge of hospital and clinical workflow.

Experience educating others on new solutions and understand the software deployment life cycle.

Strong presentation skills and can work with a broad group of people and personality types.

Can readily comprehend new material, synthesize it, and disseminate to others.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
