Hiring HVAC TechniciansWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service commercial buildings within a 2 hour radius of Colorado Springs, CO.Pay: $25.00 - $40.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:30PM with on call rotationQualifications:
3+ years of commercial HVAC technician experience
Must have universal EPA or willing to get it
Job Description:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Changing out and replacing blower motors and contactors, troubleshooting superheat and sub-cooling errors, and using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical issues on compressors, chillers, and boilers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
The technician will receive job orders once a month and must be able to build their own schedule, leaving from home to complete work orders.
