The Part-Time Director of Development will join our dynamic development team, focusing specifically on cultivating and growing donor relationships throughout Colorado and beyond. Working collaboratively with the development team, this position will manage a portfolio of key regional donors while implementing strategies to expand TER's presence in the Colorado community. This role requires someone who is highly relational and can effectively tell the story of TER's impact while inspiring generous partnership.Job Responsibilities:● Manage and grow a portfolio of Colorado-based donors with clear revenue goals● Build and sustain meaningful relationships with regional donors and prospects● Execute strategic donor stewardship plans for assigned portfolio● Participate in donor meetings and cultivation events in the Colorado region● Utilize our donor management system (Virtuous) to track activities and outcomes● Collaborate with the development team on regional fundraising strategies● Represent TER at local networking and community events● Support the planning and execution of regional donor events● Identify and qualify new donor prospects in the Colorado region● Provide regular updates on portfolio progress and regional development opportunities
